Oversees the negotiation, drafting, and administration of contracts, ensuring compliance with legal standards and company policies while minimizing risks and fostering successful partnerships.

• Ensure consistency between SAP system data and contract pricing during invoice issuance.
• Provision for doubtful accounts based on accounts receivable aging.

• Support and evaluate new business and investment opportunities, as well as contract rolls in Taiwan. This position is expected to be a key interface between the Commercial team and various regional Business Managers and APCI support groups such as Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Tax, Legal, Treasury, and Accounting.

• Responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution within the assigned area, ensuring operations align with company policies, relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards, contract specifications, quality expectations, health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Focus on team development and the implementation of standardized processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of project execution teams.

• Collaborate with sales and service teams in managing tender processes, quotations, and contract renewals.
• Support sales and service teams in implementing and enforcing contract terms.
