• We are seeking an experienced HR & GA Assistant Manager to join our HR team.
• This role combines strategic HR Business Partner responsibilities (85%) with General Affairs management (15%), supporting our organization's growth and operational excellence.

• The Manager of HR and ADMINISTRATION is a strategic and tactical "hands-on" position
  responsible for leading the human resources function at our Taiwan site, the HR manager will manage the
  organizational design, compensation and benefits, training and development, employee relations,
  talent acquisition, contingent workforce, employee engagement & retention, and legal compliance.

As the HR Lead, you will be responsible for both human resources and administrative functions, managing a team of four.

• Work closely with the Retail Director to proactively support the management of HR & Admin related issues and provide and implement HR strategies into the business. Provide overall hands-on support to all Human Resources management aspects.
• Ensure that the company procedures and policies are carried out efficiently, effectively and in a rationalized manner.

• The Executive Assistant provides executive, administrative, and development support to company CEO.

• Oversee full HR functions with the objectives of attracting, developing, motivating, and retaining talents to align with business strategy and best practices

• This position is part of the Asia Pacific Human Resources Team located in Taipei, Taiwan, and directly report to the Human Resources Director of Asia Pacific.
• This role will also contribute to the overall region HR strategy, the development of a people-focused culture, and the support of the HR team.

• The Assistant Manager of Rewards supports the development and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies.

• Manages the staffing/employment function and activities. Ensures that staffing needs are met in accordance with governmental requirements.
• Develops and implements recruiting plans to staff open requisitions while minimizing cost per hire.
• Develops and administers talent management efforts and employee referral programs.

• We are looking for an HR Payroll & Benefits Operations (Sr.) Manager oversaw the HR daily operations, for example, the newly onboard module, attendance, payroll, insurance module, exit module, employee actions, etc. of our Human Resources department, and provided support to our people managers and employees.
