The SCADA Engineer will be primarily responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining supervisory control and data acquisition systems within the industrial/manufacturing sector. The candidate will need to have a robust understanding of engineering principles, data management, and industrial automation.

The Office Manager will be responsible for establishing a new office and overseeing daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth workflow and effective communication among departments. This role involves managing office resources, maintaining facilities, and supporting human resources functions, all while contributing to a collaborative and efficient work environment.

This role involves partnering with senior leadership to develop strategic HR initiatives that enhance organizational growth and performance while managing employee relations and compliance. Additionally, the candidate will lead change management efforts and oversee office facilities and administration, ensuring a productive and supportive work environment.

• To support the strategic talent management process (acquisition, development, planning and recognition / rewards) of Taichung Plant.
• Identify and take action on any current talent gaps, deploy development programs and tools to build a talent pipeline
• Collaborate closely with HR colleagues to implement streamlined HR programs that drive standardization across Taiwan while ensuring business partner needs are met.

The CIO will be responsible for the overall technological direction within the organization, focusing on the Industrial/Manufacturing sector, located in Taichung City. Their duties will include strategic planning, resource allocation, and directing the IT department within the company.
