Within the specified territory, develop and cultivate relationships with new and existing key account chains, distributors, and dealers of foodservice / restaurant related products in Taiwan. Maintaining existing sales, and identifying and developing incremental opportunities for new and existing products.

Create and implement a robust sales strategy tailored to the Taiwanese SMT market, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.

• Reports directly to the General Manager for Distributor Markets, APAC. This person will also work closely with the distributor partner locally, achieving revenue targets and driving excellent sales executions. In addition, this person will work with the marketing team based in Singapore, and with the regional and global teams, to define strategies required for growth

• Responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution within the assigned area, ensuring operations align with company policies, relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards, contract specifications, quality expectations, health, safety, and environmental requirements.

As an EHS Specialist, you'll work closely with leadership to promote and maintain high standards of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) practices across our Taiwan operations.

• Lead the execution of mid-sized projects, ensuring all activities align with policies, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety, and environmental requirements, as well as meeting financial targets and schedule commitments.

• This position is part of the Asia Pacific Human Resources Team located in Taipei, Taiwan, and directly report to the Human Resources Director of Asia Pacific.
• This role will also contribute to the overall region HR strategy, the development of a people-focused culture, and the support of the HR team.

• Work closely with the Retail Director to proactively support the management of HR & Admin related issues and provide and implement HR strategies into the business. Provide overall hands-on support to all Human Resources management aspects.
