This role is for a dedicated and passionate Software Project Manager who will be primarily responsible for ensuring the successful completion of software projects within the retail industry, based in City Of Industry.

• 負責商用空調業務的銷售及市場策略規劃，達成銷售目標。
• 與客戶（如建築公司、系統整合商、工程承包商等）建立並維持長期合作關係。
• 提供技術建議及解決方案，滿足客戶需求，推廣商用空調產品及技術優勢。
• 監控市場趨勢與競爭對手動態，分析市場需求並調整銷售策略。

帶領5位成員，4間倉庫並匯報給應雲總監。

• Prepare budgets and forecasts for Taiwan operations.
• Develop monthly commercial sales targets and projections, along with dashboards to monitor the performance of individual stores.

This role is dedicated to providing financial and operational support to internal business partners, delivering insightful analysis of business trends. Key responsibilities include monthly financial close, budgeting, planning and forecasting, variance analysis, and logistics operations.
