• Primary responsibility is to ensure that the organization complies with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing the manufacturing, labeling, and distribution of consumer goods.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain compliance programs, mitigate risks, and uphold the company's commitment to quality and regulatory standards.

• This role requires over 5 years of experience in the semiconductor field focused on patent preparation and prosecution, with a preference for candidates who are licensed Taiwan Patent Attorneys or Agents.
• Ideal applicants should have fluent in English, capable of drafting applications and communicating with US Patent Attorneys.

Oversees the negotiation, drafting, and administration of contracts, ensuring compliance with legal standards and company policies while minimizing risks and fostering successful partnerships.

• Support and evaluate new business and investment opportunities, as well as contract rolls in Taiwan. This position is expected to be a key interface between the Commercial team and various regional Business Managers and APCI support groups such as Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Tax, Legal, Treasury, and Accounting.
