• Ensure consistency between SAP system data and contract pricing during invoice issuance.
• Provision for doubtful accounts based on accounts receivable aging.

• Manage accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
• Verify employee expense reports for accuracy and compliance with company guidelines (Concur).

• Develop and manage a comprehensive compliance program, ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and healthcare standards.
• Driving global compliance strategies, managing risk and document systems, overseeing compliance training, providing strategic advice to stakeholders, and mentoring compliance staff, all while maintaining strong business partnerships and ensuring regulatory alignment.

  Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process, including monthly and quarterly forecasts. Analyze variances and provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.

The role is responsible for managing entity-wide financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards, supporting the business in monitoring operational costs, providing reliable financial data and guiding the internal control activities.

• Support and evaluate new business and investment opportunities, as well as contract rolls in Taiwan. This position is expected to be a key interface between the Commercial team and various regional Business Managers and APCI support groups such as Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Tax, Legal, Treasury, and Accounting.

- Assist with monthly financial reporting processes, including G&A variance analysis, and prepare comprehensive management reports.

- Oversee financial planning and fiscal year P&L forecasting, promptly alerting management to any emerging financial risks.

• Collaborate with sales and service teams in managing tender processes, quotations, and contract renewals.
• Support sales and service teams in implementing and enforcing contract terms.

• This role involves overseeing financial management for pharmaceutical manufacturing, focusing on production costs, capital expenditures, and performance analysis.
• As a Finance Business Partner to leadership, you will provide strategic insights, drive process improvements, and lead a team of 4-6 finance professionals to enhance operational efficiency.

• Holds a key financial leadership role within the organisation and manages the administrative team in Taiwan.

• Lead and support finance teams across subsidiaries, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with best practices and global policies.
• Supervise financial support staff and coordinate day-to-day financial activities, including data tracking, invoicing, payroll, and other related tasks.
