You will ensure the development of marketing & sales plans in alignment with local strategies and plans especially in wind power system sector.
Develop and implement sales strategy in Taiwan (on both country and customer level) in accordance with company's strategy and provide market know how (price and feature benchmarking), market trend and competitor analysis.
Lead and manage four sales teams with around 30 people. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and across BUs to expand market and sales opportunities.
