The role is responsible for managing entity-wide financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards, supporting the business in monitoring operational costs, providing reliable financial data and guiding the internal control activities.

• Act as the accounting team lead and have primary day-to-day responsibilities in Financial Accounting & Reporting, Financial Control & Compliance (SOX), and Tax.
• Plays a critical role for improvement of the company-wide processes to help the organization further focus on driving business.

- Assist with monthly financial reporting processes, including G&A variance analysis, and prepare comprehensive management reports.

- Oversee financial planning and fiscal year P&L forecasting, promptly alerting management to any emerging financial risks.

• Collaborate with sales and service teams in managing tender processes, quotations, and contract renewals.
• Support sales and service teams in implementing and enforcing contract terms.

• Holds a key financial leadership role within the organisation and manages the administrative team in Taiwan.
