The FD will play a key role in shaping financial strategies, optimizing profitability, and ensuring strong financial governance to support business growth. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in financial planning, risk management, and operational efficiency within the retail and distribution industry.

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy of a dynamic and fast-paced fashion group. This role will oversee a team of 8 finance professionals and report directly to the executive leadership team.

• This role will oversee the company's overall finance and supply chain for Taiwan and Hong Kong, driving financial strategy and ensuring operational efficiency.
• Coordinate key financial and supply chain processes to support business growth.

• Lead strategic and financial planning by driving operational model changes, providing financial analysis for investment decisions, and overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to identify business drivers.
• Manage accounting and financial activities, oversee supply chain, logistics, and IT functions, and guide compliance with market legislation while streamlining financial processes and tools.

• Lead and support finance teams across subsidiaries, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with best practices and global policies.
• Supervise financial support staff and coordinate day-to-day financial activities, including data tracking, invoicing, payroll, and other related tasks.

This role is pivotal in ensuring alignment, delivering actionable insights, and performing in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. The position requires close collaboration with global counterparts outside North America and entails strong partnership with the Supply Chain Finance Director.
