Jesaline is a director of Michael Page Shenzhen and has worked in the recruitment industry for 10 years. Her expertise lies is recruiting senior executives within both commerce and financial institutions and she manages four disciplines: Finance and accounting, financial services, human resources, and IT and technology.

In addition to being experienced in recruiting for generalist management and niche technical roles, Jesaline has experience in helping Chinese companies build their organisational framework for capitalisation and globalisation purposes. She is also an expert in recruiting talent for multi-national companies, helping these firms to penetrate into Southern China.

Jesaline graduated from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Trade.
